Honda NSX |
The phrase 'a Supercar your granny could drive' may carry some weight
when applied to the NSX but don't make the mistake of thinking this
makes it 'soft'. The NSX is a real driver's car with superb handling and
a race car wail from the bullet-proof 3 litre VVT engine (and so it
should be when you consider that Ayrton Senna had a hand in its
development).
If criticism can be fired at the NSX then it is due
to its 'functional' but unexceptional design and rather plain interior
finish (both addressed in the 2002 restyle). Some say these factors,
along with the ease which it can be driven, rob the Honda of that
essential Supercar ingredient - Soul.
