The new V8 Vantage may be Aston Martin's entry level offering but it is proving to be the company's most desirable supercar. A compliant chassis, stiffened suspension and (relatively) lightweight composite panels make the V8 the best drivers car in the range (proof of which is a highly impressive Great performance and great looks should make for the perfect supercar combination. However, observers feel that the V8 could be better than it is and has been held back so to not tread on the toes of big brother the DB9. So a great effort but not quite up to the class leader, and arch rival, the Porsche 997.7:51 lap of the Nurburgring).
